1. Overview

This website is operated by Little Laughs Co., based in the Bronx, New York, USA ("we", "us", "our"). Our store is hosted on Shopify. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Our products

All products are made to order and produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful.
We try to show product colors and designs as accurately as possible, but colors can look different on different screens. Small variations in print placement and color are normal for printed and embroidered goods.
Our designs are humor and novelty items meant for fun.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
We may change prices or products at any time. If you've already ordered, you'll pay the price shown when you placed the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price or product was listed in error, an item is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
You agree to give accurate, complete purchase and shipping information.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics and images on this site belong to Little Laughs Co. or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our designs without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the item, not the rights to the design.

7. Your use of the site

You agree not to use the site for anything illegal, interfere with how it works, try to get into accounts or systems you're not allowed to access, or post reviews or comments that are false, abusive or infringe someone else's rights.

8. Third-party services

Our site uses third-party services, such as Shopify, payment providers, Printful and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we're not responsible for their content or actions.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Little Laughs Co. isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
